The Optics Warehouse Price-Match Promise
At Optics Warehouse, we want you to feel confident that you're paying a fair price. Alongside our customer service and after-care, we offer our Price Match Promise: if you find the same new product for less from an eligible EU retailer, send us the link and we'll look at matching it.
It's simple to use. We check the price and stock position, and a member of our sales team replies within 1–2 working days, so you can complete your purchase without delay. Whether you're upgrading your gear, buying a gift or investing in essentials, you can shop with the quality and service Optics Warehouse is known for.
If you find an identical product at a lower price from another online retailer based in the EU, we'll match it, provided it meets the conditions below. Here's how our Price Match Promise works:
- You find the same product / model on a competitor's website selling for less than Optics Warehouse is currently offering it for
- Underneath the image gallery on our product page you'll find a green Price Match button. Clicking on this will bring up our Price Match form
- Fill out the form with the details of the product, the retailer, a link (URL) to the competitor's product page showing the price, and your contact information. A request without a working link can't be considered
- If both we and the competitor have the item in stock, a member of the sales team will reply to your enquiry within 1–2 working days.
What's Eligible
- The competitor must be an online retailer based in the European Union
- The competitor must sell the product and deliver it to your delivery address, at the price shown
- The product must be new, with the same model number and the same terms and warranty
- The price must be shown on the competitor's website, including VAT, and available to all consumers
What's Excluded
While we strive to match prices, a few exceptions do apply:
- Retailers based outside the European Union (including UK retailers)
- Trade / wholesale prices
- Prices exclusive to paid memberships, subscription plans, or special discounts (e.g. staff, student, healthcare or emergency-services discounts)
- Any third-party marketplace or classified listing, such as Amazon, eBay, Kleinanzeigen, Marktplaats, Leboncoin, Allegro, Wallapop, Subito, Willhaben, DoneDeal, Adverts.ie etc
- Competitors selling at old-stock prices, or running a clearance or close-out sale.

Terms & Conditions
Optics Warehouse (OPW) will match the price of in-stock products offered on identical terms, where we can check the price, the stock position and, where relevant, your eligibility to purchase from the competitor. Delivery charges and other services are not included in the price match.
The OPW Price Match Promise is valid only against online retailers based in the European Union that sell and deliver the product to your delivery address. It does not apply to retailers outside the EU, including UK retailers.
You must give us a link (URL) to the competitor's product page showing the price. We compare the price including VAT, excluding delivery. If the competitor's price is not in euros, we convert it using the exchange rate on the day we check it.
Our competitor's product must be new, with the same model number and the same terms and warranty as ours. Both OPW and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery.
OPW does not match trade prices; prices only available as part of a paid-for membership or subscription; prices on third-party marketplaces and classified sites (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Kleinanzeigen, Marktplaats, Leboncoin, Allegro, Wallapop, Subito, Willhaben, DoneDeal, Adverts.ie) or by third-party marketplace sellers.
We do not match exclusive discounts, e.g. staff, student, healthcare or emergency-services discounts, or store discount codes.
Where an item has been reduced to match a price, no further discount (such as coupons or discount codes) will apply, and we may withhold current promotions on that item.
The OPW Price Match Promise is valid only at the time of sale and cannot be applied to previous orders.
Each request is assessed by our team. We may decline a price match where an exclusion above applies, where the competitor is selling at old-stock or clearance prices, where we cannot verify the price or stock position, or where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity. If we decline, we will tell you why.
The Price Match Promise is a commercial offer from OPW and does not affect your statutory rights, including your legal guarantee and your right to withdraw from your order.
